Greased filled cheese curds without flavor. Wings were over cooked, I didn't eat more than one. Mentioned it to our inattentive waitress and she said " oh that is terrible" never asked how our food was EVER never spoke to us after taking our order period. Never have a manager check on our table or our bunk food. Will never return. What a waste.

Management is terrible. I will never spend another dime at this location. She has no idea how be professional at all. She is very good a profiling and refusing good business. I would drive to Waukegan or Mchenry for better service and a more pleasant atmosphere. Way to keep it classy by hiring that thing as a manager.

Love this place can be a bit $$, staff is great like the renovation. the wings are great so are the flatbreads. The bowl of soup needs to be bigger. Today is a great day Bears win and looks like the Hawks got this

This place is truly great place go when there is nothing open even if there places open. Beer, sport, and food!! Love the combination. This location has been the best service and food. The inside is big for a lot of people to fit, even though sometime there is a wait. Just one thing, not all of their boneless wings are big. We get the boneless wings and barely any meat on them, need to be bigger.

The service is 5* at this location always (I've eaten at a few nearby that have questionable staff at best). Great staff and management, I own a local business and hit this joint a few times a month for lunch and am never let down by anyone working. The food is good, it's typical casual fare. Is it anything to write a cook book over, no, but for a fairly priced lunch deal it's right in line. The knock on stars isn't for their prep of the food as the hot is always very hot and the cold is always right, it's just not set up to be 5* food as a restaurant. The free WiFi is great as well, so it allows me to be on call for work while not being at the store for a few hours. Also a billion TV's so it's great to watch any of the games if they are on. I like this place and will go back as I always do, great friendly staff and pretty good food for the price!

What a dump . . . Wings were barely edible, they just slapped some nasty processed sauce on shriveled-up dried and tasteless wings. Their salsa dip was the worst salsa dip that I have ever tasted, seriously it was gross. Don't get me started on the coleslaw, let's just say that a newspaper probably tastes better. Our server just grunted, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times so that I could understand what he was saying. What a dump

A place NAMED after Buffalo Wings should really try to make an edible WING!... I am NOT the type to assume that my first try is always the BEST they have to offer... so i tried it for a total of 3 times... and all 3 were horrible.... the ONLY saving grace of this place is that its a good place to have a beer with friends while watching a game... BUT forget having ANY kind of conversation... the SOUND was deafening... DON'T go here for the food... you will be disappointed...

Well, the server was sweet and kind. The head fry cook was very kind. But the other kids working in this place are incompetent. After redoing my order of Hot Wings twice (which they were swimming in the thickest most vinegary sauce I ever saw, it was very unappetizing to look at and smell! My spicy garlic tasted more like spicy vinegar...) Anyway, the head fry cook came out and apologized profusely and took the wings off of my bill completely. Now... On another note... I am not writing this review because I am a snob who feels entitled, but what I am about to reveal next is a violation of basic 21st century courtesy. *The washing of the hands.* When you're in the restaurant business, and deal with food other people are eating, hand sanitation is a basic principle of hygiene that was established in the Middle Ages and prevented who knows how many plagues. Long story short, I go to the bathroom and hear this poor guy on the toilet, his insides ravaged and ripping apart and pouring out this liquid magma of pain... (the poor kid has probably been eating too much on the job). After he finished... I saw it was an employee... OH! And the one who was handling my food 5 minutes beforehand... Turns out he doesn't need to wash his hands... I guess he has some super antibacterial hands that prevent the spreading of E. coli and cholera... Disgusting... absolutely DISGUSTING. When you take a shit... and don't wash your hands... please go back to preschool. Or otherwise don't touch my F****** food. Or anyone elses for that matter. Thank you very much. Oooh, sorry BWW, I still love you, but my heart belongs to another now- Franks for the Memories in Mundelein. They are now my most favorite wings, medium. So since my parameters are widening, I must downgrade you a star. But it's cool. It's not like we are breaking up.

My friend Mimi and I always go to bdubs here! We drive the extra 3 miles because the employees are so nice there. We enjoy talking and conversing with the hostess and waiters/waitresses. They have great humor and are very attentive!

My husband and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time and we both REALLY enjoyed it! We went for lunch around 1:30pm and got the special with the boneless wings, side ( I chose onion rings at an extra cost and my husband had fries) and drink. We were not expecting much for the service because our waiter seemed really young.... Boy were we wrong, it honestly was the best service we've ever had at any restaurant! He asked if we had ever been there before and when we said no, he explained everything to us. I asked if we could have a few samples of the sauces for the wings, since we weren't sure what we wanted and he came out within a few mins with the samples! We really enjoyed our meal and the service! Now having said that... We went back a few days later but this time for dinner around 8:00pm and didn't have the same experience..... I found the wings to not be as fresh as last time.... They seemed kind of dried out! This time we each got 8 boneless wings and shared a basket of fries, but I wasn't a big fan of the fries. I wish they would have a dinner special or combo like they do at lunch to save money, so that my husband and I can get our own sides. Obviously you can order a regular size fry and onion rings separate but it's just a little more pricy. Overall, I would say that we would go back again but more likely for lunch than dinner next time :)

It's the best bdubs in my area. Mike is the best server ever. Really nice guy. Food is always nice and hot. Prices are reasonable as well. I never waited more than 5 minutes for a table.

If you are looking for something different for your next party or event, Buffalo Wild Wings offers "Large Order Takeout". I ordered food for an open house event that I hosted and had good results. The food was what I expected it to be and I was able to pick everything up early at 10:30 am.

I've been here too many times. Other similar style restaurants are a better option. The food here is always below average. The few times we had it catered it was worse than usual. Service can be hit and miss, depending on who you get. Drinks are weak and overpriced.

I like the wings here for they serve what I call the traditional style wings and not the breaded kind so commonly found in the Chicago land area. Being from Buffalo, NY, I'm not accustomed to breaded wings. At Buffalo Wild Wings you'll find a long list of various flavors you can order your wings, both wet and rubs. Personally, I've not found a rub here that I like so I generally stick tot he wet flavorers. The traditional Buffalo style of mild, medium and hot are good, as are some of the others such as the garlic and teriyaki. Other than trying the wings, both bone and boneless, I can't comment on the other items on this list, for all I get when I'm here is the wings. The wings come out at a good temperature and in most cases the service is friendly and quick. The entire dinning area has a tendency to be packed most of the time and can be very loud as the customers yell out in support of their team. So, if your looking for a family get together, or a sit down and talk type of meal, this is NOT the place to come. But, if your looking for some good wings and wanting to cheer on your team from of the dozen or so TV's then this is a good place to come to.

I'm not fond of chain restaurants. I admit it. Even novelty chains... meh. This one is okay... but I'm coming back for the beer, not the food so much. Buffalo wings are good here, but you have to watch that some are a bit dry. They are the real preparation, none of this breaded coating... thing. That's fine at the Chinese buffet, but not at this place. They obviously use a number of prepped sauces -- this is a chain; ain't nobody mixing this stuff up fresh in the back -- and some are nice. The Caribbean jerk wings taste good, tho nothing like any jerk preparation I've ever had. Hot, sweet and indefinably coconut-ish. The Wild were nice, very hot and had the vinegar zip that I like. The Thai Curry wings.... meh. Vaguely curry-powder-ish with a fenugreek note that was odd for a "Thai" dish. They were okay, but you have to take them as a taste in themselves, not what they purport to be. *shrugs* Anyhoo... the bartender was great. I had black'n'tans all night and he hit them just right... so they had that little note of pseudo-sweetness in the finish. Very nice. Almost apple like. Oh... and they have Woodchuck cider on draft. Epic #WIN. So... food. Meh. Beer. Yes. And nice big screens to watch the game ... whatever game and probably two or three at once. If I need to meet somebody for drink in the neighborhood... I think I'd go back.

Much better than my last several visits to BW3 at other locations. Their kitchen is open past midnight six nights a week, which is a plus because too many bar/restaurants stop serving food well before last call. I want to eat last and that is a big plus for this place.

To the Jason T comment. Pretty sure the service is just ok. The server "Rockstar" that used to be there with the tattoos and the mohawk was the best. But i guess you can settle for the others. Ask for Maria or Jason to get good service otherwise. PS Bring back the Steak and Potato Flip!! haha love ya guys

I love their wings , which is a good thing for a place with wings in it's name. They have a great sports bar decor , TVs all over ,some video games and this quiz game people can play over a network. There are a large variety of foods on the menu , from Burgers (my kid liked the burgers) to Quesadillas (my mom really dug these) . I stuck with the Wings and the buffalo chips (fried rounds of potato's, that you can order with cheese sauce and chili). There are over a dozen different sauces that you can get , I liked the honey BBQ , the jerk sauce, and the terriyaki. This is a really fun place, the food is good , if you drink , they have a big beer selection, the price is right ,and the servers have always been alright. ... The Asian zing sauce has moved up the ranks to be my favorite. The naked chicken wraps were not a party favorite , although I personally did not taste it.

Used to be a big fan of this place. I have been going for years. My last two visits have not been a good experience. I normally sit in the bar area. Service last two visits has been very slow and unattentive. Last night was not even busy and service was still crap. I could also swear something has changed with my favorite Mango Habenero Boneless wings. They are not as good as they used to be. They are now chewey with too much breading. Always used to have great staff here and good food, now it's not worth it. Anyone can sell cold Beer and have TVs.

Love there boneless wings, and so many different flavors to choice from, you never get bored. Love the Asian Zing, caribbean jerk, & spicy garlic My husband loves the sports bar theme. We go here a lot to watch "the game".

This is a great place to grab a quick drink and/or a bite to eat. The boneless wings are always amazing and I love the Caribbean Jerk sauce. You can get a burger or build your own burger or sandwich. Their drinks are always spot on, I love the margaritas! They have a ton of TVs so it's almost a guarantee you'll be able to catch your team playing or the UFC fight or baseball. Even when it's very busy you get quick service.

They're wings are obviously good but how do you make wings badly? He rest of the menu is just meh and the service is hit or miss. Me and my boyfriend went last week and the server recommended a flavor that was awful but it was their new flavor. Just seemed like she was pushing that one because corporate told her too because it wasn't very good. It was like spicy honey mustard or something. Not only that but she messed up our other set of wings. We wanted honey bbq and she brought us hot honey bbq which wasn't a big deal at firsts but it just wasn't what we wanted some. Of course I'm sure they would have brought the right flavor over if my boyfriend wasn't afraid to tell her she messed up. Either way, it's all just average.
